StarNET Pro: How to transfer License to New Physical Server

Issue:

StarNET Pro License transfer is needed to the new physical server. 

Resolution: 

1. Request the Physical MAC address of the old server. 

OR provide an offline .IXP file using the following procedure: Starnet Pro Offline - IXP 

2. Send files and information to Support for resolution, the process usually takes 24-48 hours to complete.
