Issue:
- StarNET Pro License transfer is needed on a new physical server.
- Error message: License already activated in different system(H/W Mismatch)
Resolution:
1. Request the Physical MAC address of the old server.
OR provide an offline .IXP file using the following procedure: Starnet Pro Offline - IXP
2. Send files and information to Support for resolution, the process usually takes 24-48 hours to complete.
