Issue:
The recorder is getting stopping at Checking Storages upon boot up. The recorder will boot again and then it will stop again on Checking Storages. The recorder is in a boot loop.

The recorder is telling you that there is an issue with a Hard Drive. You will need to find the bad drive.
- Power down the recorder
- If installed in a server rack, please remove it from the rack.
- Take the lid off of the recorder. If you have a Warranty sticker on the unit. Please check the Manufacture date. If the unit is a DVR and the date is greater than 3 years, the unit is out of warranty. If the unit is an NVR and the date is greater than 2 years, the unit is out of warranty. If the unit is in warranty please call support before taking the lid off.
- After the lid has been removed you will need to make a note of where the SATA cables are plugged into and unplug all the SATA cables going into the motherboard of the recorder.
- After all the SATA cables have been removed, power up the recorder.
- Wait and see if the recorder fully boots. If it does then power the recorder down. If it does not power on and fully boot, please call support.
- If the recorder passed step 6, plugin
