Procedure:

Open your browser and type the IP address.
Note: The default IP address: 192.168.0.129
Note: The default user and password: admin
Click on the "Setup" (shown below)
Click on the "Dome" icon located in the upper right corner. (shown below)
The PTZ menu will appear. (shown below)
Make your adjustment as needed.
