FAQ: How to add a user group to the Starnet Software?

Issue:

How to add a user group to the Starnet Software?

Pre-Requisite:

• The Starnet Software open and logged in
• A Recorder registered to the Starnet Software
• The Recorder in a group (Not the All Device Group)

Solution:

1. Navigate to the top left and select System and then Setup and then User.
   
2. Click the "+" at the bottom of the Group Column. 
3. Give the group a name.
   
4. Click on the Device Access Authority Tab and select the devices that you want this group to be able to view.
   
5. Click the Authority tab to adjust the level of permissions this user group has. 
   
6. Click OK when done.
