CMS Best Practice: Adding Entries into the the Face Library

Issue: 

Creating a facial library and I need to add pictures of faces. 

1. What size does the file need to be? 
2. What format does the image file need to be?
3. Should the snapshot be in portrait or landscape?

Resolution:

The best way to add pictures to the facial library is to use the snapshots directly from the camera.  Make sure you are using the snapshot and not the full image.  Using the full image from the camera will cause invalid entries into your facial library.  

1.  The file size must not exceed 2MB.
2. The following types of files are accepted: jpg, bmp, png.
3. Portrait style photo works the best.  We recommend using the snapshots from the camera to build the library.
