- Click on the Windows icon on the bottom left.
- Expand the Costar Starnet Pro Folder and click Problem Reporter.
- The User Account Controls may open. Click "Yes". If the User Account Controls do not open, proceed to the next step.
- The Problem Reporter box will open up. Set the drop-down to Highest and click Archive.
- The User Comments box will open. Fill in the Time and date problem occurred, Frequency, and Enter Comments about problem boxes.
- Click OK at the bottom of the User Comments window. The Creating log files will appear. Let this finish.
- When Creating log files is done, the Save As window will open. Select a location to save the file and click Save.
- The ZIP Compression window will open. Please do not interrupt this process.
- When the ZIP Compression reaches 100% click Done.
- The Problem Report will be saved in the location where you selected.
- Please send the zip file to the email of the support representative that is working with you.
