Issue:

After creating an entry in the face library, users are identified as "Stranger".

Pre-requisites:

• CMS and Costar thermal camera system initially configured and ready for use.
  
  

Solution:

The more images captured for a subject in the face library, the more accurate the recognition should be. 

1. Enter the Main menu by clicking the "+" at the top just to the right of the last tab.
   

2. Click the Face Search icon.
   
3. On the left enter the time frame you would like to search and then click Search.
4. Hover mouse over an image of choice and click the "+" symbol. You can either add the image as a new face library entry or update the existing entry.

   

5. If entering into the face library, you will be prompted to enroll the user.
   
   
   
6. Once the user is enrolled, you can then update face pictures for their entry as a new or replacement picture.
